The Park Santa Monica

Located at 500 Broadway, The Park Santa Monica is a landmark mixed-use development that brings together luxury residential living, retail, and expansive outdoor amenities in the heart of downtown Santa Monica. As part of the project’s one-acre rooftop park, Branded Arts commissioned and managed a large-scale mural that adds a distinctive layer of color, energy, and contemporary art to the development’s elevated landscape.

Designed to complement the rooftop’s panoramic Pacific Ocean views, resort-style pool, and communal gathering spaces, the mural contributes to The Park Santa Monica’s seamless integration of art, architecture, and nature. Branded Arts also produced several custom art installations integrated throughout the luxury mixed-use development, enhancing the resident experience and reinforcing the project’s identity as a dynamic destination where contemporary culture and thoughtfully designed urban living converge.
